On this week's Mouth of Wonder radio show, host Stacy Pearl is joined by Linda Highill, station manager of KSFR. They start by discussing a healthy whole wheat pasta dish with roasted portobellos. Then Rula stops by to chat and answer questions about capers and the proper way to wrap food. The excellent ingredient of the week is Marjoram and the nice new nibble is buffalo milk mozzarella with roast glazed plums and pine nuts, a welcome departure from that tired old Capresses salad. They finish up with a super yummy pineapple and Dulce de leche tart.
