On this week's Mouth of Wonder" radio show host Stacy Pearl is joined by world traveling friend Beverly McCrarry and they devote the show to the foods of Morocco. They start with a recipe for a Kefta, egg, and tomato tagine and then they move on to the excellent ingredient of the week which is Ras al Hanout. which is a rich exotic blend of spices. They also share a lovely recipe for a chick pea and pumpkin soup. The refreshing beverage of the week is the classic hot mint tea and the high altitude section has three recipes; one for spiced orange slices, one for coconut and semolina macaroons and a recipe for the traditional anise seed bread.
