Restaurant Review
Amaya I don't know what they were thinking when they decided to go with the "Native American roots" theme for their advertisements, because frankly that has nothing to do with their menu. This is an adequate hotel restaurant, serving a basic middle-of-the-road continental menu, and they do it well. Did the Indians eat Hoisin spareribs and chicken Piccatta?
