Vegan Chocolate Cake

Here is a great recipe I found years ago for an amazing cake. It seems to be missing ingredients and the batter will be very thin, but it bakes up perfect every time!

1 cup unsweetened cocoa (measure after sifting)
2 1/3 cup A.P. flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups honey
3 tablespoons vinegar
3/4 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups warm water

Preheat oven to 350. Grease two 9-inch round pans or one 9 x 13 rectangular pan. Sift together dry ingredients into a large bowl of an electric mixer, or you can mix by hand. Combine in separate bowl all the liquids and whisk well to mix in the honey. Now mix everything together. Pour batter into pans and bake for 35 minutes. Great with vegan buttercream!
