Today Mouth of Wonder has a new guest, and her name is Lydia Studier-Tarzia. She a graduating senior from the Santa Fe University of art and Design. Stacy and Lydia talk about the relationship between food and art, how family life has influenced her art making process, and her senior thesis show. The excellent ingredient of the week is Ponzu sauce and Stacy offers all kinds of usage options as well as a recipe to make the sauce from scratch. The high altitude recipe is for a mango tart tartine, and later Rula stops by for some comic relief.
