Next they go on to the refreshing beverage of the week which is a booze infused watermelon rosemary cooler. The excellent ingredient of the week is corn on the cob or Elote as they say in Mexico. In Stacy's cookbook corner she talks about "The Perfect Scoop" by David Lebovitz, Stacy's new favorite ice cream cookbook.
