This week's show
On this week's controversial installment of the show, we had no recipes, just a friend who does not enjoy eating out in Santa Fe due to a number of factors (all of which I agree with). I thought it would be interesting and informative to hear what she had to say. Why be so negative? Because she is frustrated and feels her comments often go on deaf ears. So Mouth of Wonder to the rescue! I feel the media coverage of the food scene in this tourist town lacks a critical edge and sometimes, though I understand they see their job as promoting the local restaurants, could use a reality check.
