Restaurant Review
The Pink Adobe A disappointing, overpriced meal from the newly reopened "old standby" on Old Santa Fe Trail. Service was poor, menu choices were far from exciting (they have removed all the New Mexican classics, but I understand due to the public outcry they will be adding them back in), and the execution of the dishes was careless. The wad of Polenta was awful! For that amount of money, do I really have to eat on craft paper? Show me the linens. They now have an extensive wine list which desperately needs an editor. One wine suggests "goes great with a roast beef sandwich," which is not on the menu!
